2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes in compliance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and the relevant provisions of the GDPR:

To respond to contact requests submitted via the website and to communicate with the requester,
To manage sales and appointment processes,
To fulfil legal obligations (such as invoicing, contracts, and title deed transactions),
To ensure physical security within our premises through camera surveillance.

Personal data collected is processed only for these purposes and within the limits permitted by law.

- Camera recordings: 30 days
After these periods expire, personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK and Article 15 of the GDPR, individuals whose data is processed (“data subjects”) have the following rights:

To request deletion or anonymization of personal data within legal limits,
To request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
To object to results obtained through automated processing that produce adverse effects,
To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

6. Enforcement and Updates

This Personal Data Protection Notice entered into force on November 1, 2025.
Uysallar İnşaat reserves the right to amend this notice as required by legal regulations or internal policies.
